Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Michigan was 53,180 and represented 0.73% of the total Michigan citizen voting-age population.

Among all Michigan counties, Wayne had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (42.44K), followed by Kent (20.55K), and Oakland (20.13K).

In terms of percentages, Saginaw had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.17%), followed by Lenawee (5.66%), and Ingham (5.41%).
