Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 913,605 and represented 25.56% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (201.80K), followed by Mobile (100.84K), and Montgomery (90.64K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (80.33%), followed by Greene (78.80%), and Lowndes (72.64%).
