Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 990,635 and represented 26.19% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (215.37K), followed by Mobile (108.09K), and Montgomery (99.49K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (80.76%), followed by Greene (79.62%), and Lowndes (73.72%).
