Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 913,605 and represented 178.55% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (11.29K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.02K), and Matanuska-Susitna (650).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians East had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.86%), followed by Aleutians West (6.65%), and Anchorage (5.40%).
