Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Alaska was 1,251,565 and represented 179.58% of the total Alaska citizen population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (15.83K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (4.30K), and Matanuska-Susitna (765).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians East had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.77%), followed by Anchorage (5.60%), and Aleutians West (5.45%).
