Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 913,605 and represented 44.99% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (29.21K), followed by Wyandotte (27.50K), and Johnson (14.57K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.33%), followed by Geary (17.46%), and Leavenworth (9.06%).
