Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kansas was 1,251,565 and represented 45.65% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (42.96K), followed by Wyandotte (38.89K), and Johnson (21.27K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.84%), followed by Geary (16.24%), and Sedgwick (9.03%).
