Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 2,530,325 and represented 36.55% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (437.81K), followed by Mecklenburg (370.89K), and Guilford (215.02K).

In terms of percentages, Clay had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.93%), followed by Ashe (97.79%), and Yancey (96.87%).
