Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,259,335 and represented 10.17% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (629.47K), followed by Allegheny (155.56K), and Delaware (105.29K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.45%), followed by Forest (22.65%), and Delaware (19.64%).
