Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,317,960 and represented 10.49% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (607.60K), followed by Allegheny (154.99K), and Delaware (118.26K).
