Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 998,375 and represented 10.03% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (461.10K), followed by Allegheny (115.25K), and Delaware (85.14K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (40.11%), followed by Delaware (19.90%), and Dauphin (16.22%).
