Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Florida was 13,673,535 and represented 70.62% of the total Florida population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.48M), followed by Broward (1.19M), and Palm Beach (937.87K).

In terms of percentages, Sumter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (89.53%), followed by Citrus (83.14%), and Gulf (82.61%).
