Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Texas was 58,460 and represented 0.35% of the total Texas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Texas counties, Harris had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (646.88K), followed by Bexar (624.89K), and El Paso (355.25K).

In terms of percentages, Jim Hogg had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (93.81%), followed by Webb (93.78%), and Maverick (93.72%).
