Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Washington was 58,460 and represented 1.20% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (69.10K), followed by Yakima (37.17K), and Pierce (34.39K).
