Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 123,535 and represented 1.93% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (127.07K), followed by Yakima (81.64K), and Pierce (63.93K).
