Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 202,360 and represented 2.84% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (182.32K), followed by Yakima (101.81K), and Pierce (99.49K).
