Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 173,605 and represented 2.45% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (170.55K), followed by Yakima (100.28K), and Pierce (93.92K).

In terms of percentages, Adams had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (57.49%), followed by Franklin (47.27%), and Yakima (44.82%).
