Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 155,995 and represented 2.25% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (158.50K), followed by Yakima (95.45K), and Pierce (85.16K).
