Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (447.84K), followed by Mecklenburg (375.97K), and Guilford (215.44K).

In terms of percentages, Clay had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.23%), followed by Ashe (97.56%), and Yancey (96.61%).
