Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,266,075 and represented 10.22% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (628.94K), followed by Allegheny (155.65K), and Delaware (107.33K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.20%), followed by Forest (26.86%), and Delaware (19.97%).
