Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Tennessee was 3,196,310 and represented 50.75% of the total Tennessee citizen population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Knox had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (366.89K), followed by Davidson (365.35K), and Shelby (348.59K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.64%), followed by Fentress (97.37%), and Hancock (97.36%).
