Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Tennessee was 3,190,265 and represented 48.59% of the total Tennessee citizen population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Knox had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (380.12K), followed by Davidson (378.76K), and Shelby (329.51K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.29%), followed by Hancock (97.10%), and Pickett (96.92%).
