Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the US Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population was 194,456,590 and represented 63.78% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (14.00M), followed by Texas (11.72M), and Florida (11.12M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (93.95%), followed by Vermont (93.76%), and West Virginia (92.56%).
