Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the US Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population was 194,869,670 and represented 63.27% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (13.80M), followed by Texas (11.65M), and Florida (11.07M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (93.75%), followed by Vermont (93.43%), and West Virginia (92.34%).
