Massachusetts Citizen Population By County in 2016 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen population for Massachusetts was 6,234,910 and represented 92.48% of the total Massachusetts population.

Among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex had the highest citizen population (1.41M), followed by Worcester (768.71K), and Essex (712.79K).
