Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,271,600 and represented 10.26% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (629.78K), followed by Allegheny (155.05K), and Delaware (108.77K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.23%), followed by Forest (30.82%), and Delaware (20.21%).
