Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Minnesota was 3,195,130 and represented 61.04% of the total Minnesota citizen population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (840.13K), followed by Ramsey (337.16K), and Dakota (328.88K).

In terms of percentages, Big Stone had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.03%), followed by Fillmore (97.85%), and Lincoln (97.06%).
