Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,546,550 and represented 63.98% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (695.79K), followed by Ramsey (283.44K), and Dakota (256.48K).

In terms of percentages, Big Stone had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.13%), followed by Fillmore (98.41%), and Pope (98.32%).
