Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 3,195,130 and represented 163.50% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (266.60K), followed by Santa Fe (62.59K), and Sandoval (62.28K).

In terms of percentages, Catron had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (78.70%), followed by Los Alamos (75.33%), and Sierra (67.62%).
