Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 3,242,005 and represented 161.51% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (259.19K), followed by Santa Fe (69.65K), and Sandoval (64.03K).

In terms of percentages, Catron had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (79.56%), followed by Los Alamos (73.24%), and Sierra (69.92%).
