The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (369.42K) and constituted 76.40% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (84.79K) and constituted 17.54% of the total.
