Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Kansas citizen voting-age population was 2.06M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.73M) and constituted 84.02% of the total.
