Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Kansas citizen voting-age population was 2.10M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.72M) and constituted 82.21% of the total.
