Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 945,515 and represented 179.14% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (11.16K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.02K), and Matanuska-Susitna (750).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians West had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (7.02%), followed by Aleutians East (5.60%), and Anchorage (5.22%).
