Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Alaska was 1,271,600 and represented 178.41% of the total Alaska citizen population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (15.03K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.95K), and Matanuska-Susitna (975).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians West had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.69%), followed by Anchorage (5.24%), and Aleutians East (4.63%).
