Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,276,885 and represented 10.31% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (630.91K), followed by Allegheny (153.39K), and Delaware (109.71K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.10%), followed by Forest (31.12%), and Delaware (20.39%).
