Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 3,188,605 and represented 162.81% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (264.21K), followed by Santa Fe (62.59K), and Sandoval (61.78K).

In terms of percentages, Catron had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (83.36%), followed by Los Alamos (74.53%), and Sierra (67.41%).
