Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 2,802,585 and represented 71.93% of the total Oklahoma population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest citizen voting-age population (524.82K), followed by Tulsa (440.56K), and Cleveland (205.08K).

In terms of percentages, Greer had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.98%), followed by Woods (79.30%), and McIntosh (79.07%).
