Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Utah was 1,942,340 and represented 64.88% of the total Utah population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest citizen voting-age population (718.73K), followed by Utah (352.48K), and Davis (217.46K).

In terms of percentages, Daggett had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.14%), followed by Piute (76.61%), and Kane (76.26%).
