The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (376.48K) and constituted 77.15% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (81.93K) and constituted 16.79% of the total.
