Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Montana citizen voting-age population was 794.09K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (709.79K) and constituted 89.38% of the total. The Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (41.96K) and constituted 5.28% of the total.
