Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 66,010 and represented 3.19% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (28.89K), followed by Johnson (16.15K), and Wyandotte (12.73K).
