Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 102,630 and represented 4.84% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (37.62K), followed by Johnson (26.93K), and Wyandotte (19.63K).
