Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kansas was 202,360 and represented 7.19% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (68.67K), followed by Johnson (44.66K), and Wyandotte (38.69K).
