Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kansas was 155,995 and represented 5.59% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (61.45K), followed by Johnson (35.36K), and Wyandotte (32.33K).
