Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 66,010 and represented 2.36% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (39.13K), followed by Tulsa (22.53K), and Cleveland (11.72K).

In terms of percentages, Texas had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (23.11%), followed by Harmon (20.95%), and Tillman (17.95%).
