Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 952,790 and represented 179.58% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (10.80K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.12K), and Matanuska-Susitna (770).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians West had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.17%), followed by Anchorage (5.05%), and Fairbanks North Star (4.23%).
