Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Idaho was 952,790 and represented 81.56% of the total Idaho citizen voting-age population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (2.75K), followed by Canyon (565), and Elmore (520).

In terms of percentages, Butte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (3.14%), followed by Elmore (2.87%), and Bear Lake (1.05%).
