Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen population for Florida was 18,700,200 and represented 90.79% of the total Florida population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest citizen population (2.09M), followed by Broward (1.65M), and Palm Beach (1.27M).

In terms of percentages, Baker had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (99.32%), followed by Dixie (99.30%), and Wakulla (99.12%).
