Florida Citizen Population By County in 2024 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen population for Florida was 20,327,619 and represented 90.68% of the total Florida population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest citizen population (2.13M), followed by Broward (1.69M), and Hillsborough (1.38M).

In terms of percentages, Baker had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (99.49%), followed by Holmes (99.22%), and Bradford (99.20%).
